All shipments will be calculated upon checkout.

Domestic Shipping Rates (Malaysia) 

• West Malaysia: FREE shipping on all orders.
  
  

• East Malaysia:

  2.0kg – 3.5kg	RM 40
  3.6kg – 7.0kg	RM 80
  7.1kg – 10.5kg	RM 120
  10.6kg – 14.0kg	RM 160

  
  

  Volumetric weight is calculated based on your package's dimensions (length × width × height) and is used by couriers to determine shipping costs. Your final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order's exact weight and dimensions.

Production & Fulfillment Lead Time

All of our products are made to order. Orders are produced and shipped within 7 to 14 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Estimated courier delivery transit times are:

• West Malaysia: 1 to 3 business days

• East Malaysia: 3 to 5 business days

International Shipping

We don't currently offer standard international shipping through checkout. However, if you're located outside Malaysia, please contact us here — we would be happy to arrange a custom shipping solution for you!
